Netaji Subhash Engineering College (NSEC) has been recognized as the Remote center for IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur, as a part of the National Mission on Education through ICT(NMEICT), supported by MHRD. being responsible for Coordinating the workshops, seminars, Live lectures organized by IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur.

Outcomes
- FUNDING support for conducting workshops (we have received approx. Rs. 10 lakhs)
- Research Grants for Aakash R&D projects: 245 Aakash Tablets and Rs. 3.80 Lakh as equipment grant.
